Peter graduated with a Master’s Degree in Engineering from a technical university in Czechoslovakia. Even though he practiced engineering, his first love has always been photography. When you combine his engineering background with his photography, you get the blending of the technical with the aesthetic for dynamic results. He also uses the latest in technology for his cameras, both analog and digital. Peter Lorber has always been involved in technology and the graphic arts. He has blended his talents to incorporate all aspects of photography-architectural, product, panoramas, portrait and aerial using both analog and digital photography. Using his knowledge of photography and darkroom printing, Peter can digitally enhance the image to get the desired outcome. One of his latest ventures includes virtual tours on a grand scale. Peter has won awards for his panoramic shots and his reputation is worldwide. Sticking with his “only the best” motto, Peter uses the Imacon Ixpress medium format digital back with the Hasselblad H1 camera. Each image can create a file size up to 775 MB. This combination is ideal for any photography, including high-quality aerial, where the results must be perfection. Peter is a Past President of the International Association of Panoramic Photographers. |
