Join us in the southern cities of Savannah, Georgia and Charleston, South Carolina for our 7th Annual Conference. We’ll spend 3 nights in Savannah and then drive to Charleston for 2 nights.
Spring is a beautiful time of year to visit Savannah and Charleston, especially with all of the different flowers in bloom.
A few sites of particular interest in Savannah are Ft. Pulaski, the Colonial Wormsloe Historical Site and Bonaventure Cemetery. Bonaventure Cemetery was used as the back drop for the book and movie Garden of Good and Evil, it is one of the most beautiful cemeteries in the world set among huge oak tress covered in Spanish moss. Not to be forgotten is the Historic District.
In Charleston you can visit the Nathanial Russell House with its famous free flying staircase, Rainbow Row (colorful colonial homes), Magnolia Gardens and Plantation (famous for its azaleas), Cypress Gardens with its swamp garden and wildlife and Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of massive live oak trees and Spanish moss, it is the oldest working, living plantation and has been featured in many movies.
Last but not least is a chance to savor the great southern home cooking that the area is known for.
