                 Digital Imaging Asssociation

8855 Redwood St.

Las Vegas, NV 89139

Membership in the association is complimentary, there is no board or officers. Our group is linked by our common bond of love of photography and creating outstanding images. Members include both professional and enthusiastic pro-amateur photographers.

We invite members to submit tutorials, articles and/or images for the gallery or a bio for consideration. Sample article from our archives >> Selective Focus .

DIA has an annual Photo Safari and conference held in scenic locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, in 2010 we did a conference cruise to Alaska. Attending an annual conference provides you the opportunity to meet other photographers to discuss scenic and panoramic photography. Many close friendships have been forged as a result of our conferences. So that we maximize our time for taking photographs during the day, our networking sessions are held in the evenings. These sessions include round table discussions, presentations by members on software programs, photo equipment, print critiquing, and suggestions on scenic locations to shoot and time of day.

The association is run by Fred Yake, the Executive Director, a Life Member of the Professional Photographers of America.
